Dates to Remember

Book orders are due Wednesday, December 4th. On Monday, December 9th, we will have our family cookie decorating day at 10:15AM-11:15AM (M,W, F am friends) and 1:30pm-2:30pm (M-Th friends) . On Tuesday, December 10th at 10:15am-11:15, we will have a family cookie decorating day with our T,Th friends and families. There is no school on Monday 12/23 through Wednesday, January 1, 2025. It has been a great year and we truly appreciate all of your help, support and generosity this year! We hope you and your family have fantastic holidays!

Future Dates:

Friday, January 10th: No preschool due to professional development.

Monday, January 20th: No school due to Martin Luther King Day.

Monday, February 17th through Friday, February 21st: No school in observance of School vacation week

Monday, April 21st through Friday, April 25th: No school in observance of School Vacation week

Friday, May 9th: No preschool due to professional development.

Monday, May 26th: No school in observance of Memorial Day.

Thursday, June 12th: Last day of School for K-6 pending no snow days. (Preschool last day is usually a week before)

Drop off and pick up is at the preK/K playground door on Burgess School Road. Please pull there when dropping off and picking up your child. Preschool staff will take your child out of the car. Please unbuckle your child once stopped and we will walk with preschool staff to their line. At pickup time, please stay in your car and preschool staff will walk your child to the car. This ensures safety for all as it is a busy traffic time at Burgess. Thank you!

Go to the website, https://orders.scholastic.com/GKHXH Due Wed 12/4
Click on “Parent”
Enter in your user name and password
1. If prompted, the Activation code is: GKHXH
Click the flyer, then “Shop by Order Form” tab at the top. Book Orders due:
Scroll to the bottom of the page, then click “add items” tab at the bottom of page.
Click “Proceed to checkout” to complete your order.
Orders will be shipped to the school and sent home with your child upon arrival.
